Rabbitohs Wellbeing Program

Health and Wellbeing Workshops for Primary and High School Students

After extensive consultation with our education stakeholders, Souths Cares launched a new health and wellbeing program in 2017 called the Rabbitohs Wellbeing Program.

The program involves interactive workshops delivered by Souths Cares staff and ambassadors which are aligned with the Australian Curriculum for students from Kindergarten to Year 12. Participating schools have the option to choose from range of workshops, which are directly linked to the current Health and Physical Education framework.

Rabbitohs Wellbeing workshops are designed to develop knowledge, understanding and skills to create opportunities for students to take action to enhance their own and others’ health, wellbeing and physical activity participation.

Our suite of Wellbeing Workshops include:

High School

Primary Programs
